Description of the villa

VILLA CARAIBES DREAM is a 150 square meters, solidly constructed dwelling on an 1.100 square meters lot.  The well-appointed villa, with its bamboo or rattan furniture, radiate Caribbean charm.  VILLA CARAIBES DREAM boasts a living/dining area, three bedrooms (the master bedroom opening out to the terrace), two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast terrace, cable Television and internet. All the bedrooms are equipped with AC.

VILLA CARAIBES DREAM offers you a private swimming pool in your own secluded back yard, which features a beautifully landscaped garden.   A carport is also attached to the villa.

Other amenities include a tennis court, laundry facilities, independent generators which assure you of twenty-four hour electric/water service, twenty-four hour security service, maid service and golf nearby.
Upon arrival, you will be met by a VILLA CARAIBES DREAM associate.  You will be given a tour of the local area and given an opportunity to purchase anything you may need before being taken to your villa.  The associate will be able to give you any information that you may require to make your stay a memorable and pleasant one.

 

ACTUAL RATES:

Prices are per day in US Dollars  for the villa, with a maximum of 6 persons. This price includes the daily maintenance of the villa and the linen, the garden and the swimming pool. The minimal duration required for a booking is of 7 days.  A deposit of 30 USDollars per day will be asked you in the booking, the balance is payable upon your arrival at the villa.
